Freedom begins, not with the answered prayer, but by releasing the energy of fear.

When you pray for something, first examine your reason for your prayer. In all likelihood, you will discover that your real objective is to change the way you feel. You want to stop feeling fear, you want to stop being controlled by feelings of limitation and self-doubt, or you want to eliminate some debilitating sense of inadequacy that you may have harbored for years.

Focus first on acknowledging and then releasing this negative energy.
